systems to add monitoring, increase automation or provide

ICS provides instrumentation upgrades
to improve reliability, add monitoring, and eliminate
problematic control systems/devices on gas turbines.

Vibration
Monitoring System. ICS provides a variety
of integrated and independent monitor type vibration
systems to upgrade traditional Turbine Supervisory
Instrumentation equipment including:

Ignition
System Upgrades. ICS provides new High-Energy
combustor ignition systems to increase turbine light-off
reliability. These systems are direct replacements
for existing on-base
systems.
Flame
Detection. Upgrades to existing Flame Detection
Systems increase the reliability of Flame Detection
and are not affected by Water Injection or Fogging
systems.
Speed
Measuring. As part of a control system upgrade,
ICS has pre-engineered kits for addition of magnetic
pickup type speed measurement to a variety of older
gas turbines.

Guide
Vane and Fuel Valve Actuators. ICS upgrades
existing IGV actuators to improve response, accuracy
and reliability. Actuators are controlled by the turbine
control system to provide accurate positioning based
on IGV and load schedule. Guide
Vane upgrades eliminate troublesome equipment and
provide quick positioning with accurate position
feedback.
Instrumentation. ICS
performs instrument upgrades ranging from individual
devices to complete instrument
cabinet replacements. New instruments offer the benefit
of real-time data monitoring, in-place calibration
and increased accuracy.
