Anti-surge control, compressor control, and process
control functions are all tightly integrated with the
turbine control in a single high-performance open-architecture TC2000plus controller.
The TC2000plus controller has practically
unlimited flexibility for start-up/shut-down sequences,
compressor line-up
and purge interlocks. On single-stage to three-stage
machines the process interaction decoupling minimizes
upsets between the compressor and turbine.
Compressor control solutions from ICS bring the maximum

that include assessment of the control needs, packaged
hardware, pre-configured software, training, installation
and start-up assistance.
Unlike some proprietary hardware/software systems the
TC2000plus maximizes the compressor efficiency while also
bringing all of the advantages of a PLC-based system.
The system is designed by ICS to provide integrated
and simple solutions to virtually all controls associated
with centrifugal and axial compressors. Separate controllers
are not required for each key function. This eliminates
complicated and troublesome communication, increases
reliability and decreases cost.
