ICS provides HRSG / BOP controls for Combined Cycle and Cogeneration plants on our Power Plant Controller (PPC) platform.

The Combined Cycle Power Plant Controller (CC-PPC) is a distributed control system for control and monitoring of HRSG equipment. The CC-PPC provides central control and monitoring of all HRGS and balance-of-plant (BOP) equipment. The PPC features Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) or Hybrid Distributed Control System (DCS) controllers, modular software, and graphical user interfaces, delivering improved price/performance compared to other Distributed Control Systems.            

The CC-PPC can be fully integrated with the gas turbine controls (TC2000PLUS)  or may be independent systems. Use of common PLC / DCS hardware platform and fully integrated HMI operator interface systems ensures easy operation and maintenance of the system.

The HRSG controls can accommodate any variation in HRSG, including:

Duct Burners (supplemental firing)
Bypass stack / No bypass
